Along the way over the years, I’ve either actively sought out, stumbled upon, or had recommended to me some great software that I still personally use and would recommend to others with similar needs. Software and other products so good, I decided to sell them for all.

Products 4 Learners To Plan, Organize, and Improve Memory
I LOVE and personally use every day the products in this category. Combined with my Blackberry “smart phone”, I can literally smell the roses all day because I worry about remembering is, “turn on your computer in the morning”.

Here’s how I personally use planning, organizing, and memory software everyday and who I think this is for:

Starts up when you turn on computer and speaks the time like a talking clock or reminds you when you tell it to, speaking your reminder using a text-to-speech engine. “Don’t get distracted and forget your meeting with Mary in one hour”.

Conceptworld’s Notezilla
GREAT for those who don’t want to end their day with nothing they wanted to accomplish done or that “I just CANNOT not do this” to do items      
I use its “always on top” feature to select certain notes to nag me until I do them.
Perfect for a the Today’s To Do List that you’d put “yellow stickys” up for even if you had stuff in your scheduler or task software and it goes well juxtaposed with STDL for the Master To Do List so you can work undistracted by other things, or simply enjoy the ducks playing in the rain outside your window without needing to think of, “what should I be remembering”?

Dextronet's Swift To Do List
After much research, this is the best in the category of “to do list software” with the features I was looking for. This is great for (as I am) poor multi-taskers , procrastinators, and those who get intimidated by the length of their to do list. In accordance with advice about Time Management, I use Notezilla for my “always on top today” To Do List, but Swift To Do List is where my categorized and cross-referenced with reminders Master To Do List lives.

The Brain Technology's TheBrain
Where do I begin? If you, like me, love analyzing things or have a multi-part project to accomplish (family reunion, wedding, trip, small business setup, just life in general) this is for you. TheBrain is the best I’ve found in the category of “mind-mapping” software. DUMP YOUR WHOLE BRAIN INTO YOUR COMPUTER AND ENJOY THE DAISIES IN YOUR DAY!

OrganizeMy Electronic File Cabinet for Dummies
If you want to go paperless, this is for you particularly in combination with NeatReceipts but there’s a good chunk of initial time investment to data entering everything

Nuance’s Dragon Naturally Speaking: Faster than any typing and 98% accurate, speak into a headset and let your computer type as you talk without ever learning to type. Comes in Home, Medical, and Legal Editions.

DeTong Technology’s Tabs for Word: An awesome Add-In for Microsoft Word (requires pre-installed MS Word), this lets you have tabs for several documents in one open Word window and even group and organize them together). I couldn’t live without this product now that I’m used to it.

Austhink’s More Add-In for Word: Another awesome Add-In for Microsoft Word (requires pre-installed MS Word), this let’s you (hide/show) text, toggling with a click between headings and your selected text. Another add-in I’d really miss if I didn’t have, it’s great for detailed, “drill-down” organization of content.

Uncorked Wine Cellar Log/Database: A client with a large private wine collection asked us to track down a new sommelier / wine database software. They were beginners and this is the one we found and set up for them and showed them how to use. They really liked it and so did we.
